Now more than ever, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is dedicated to raising awareness about suicide prevention, and bringing hope to those affected by this leading cause of death –– but we need your support.

One important way you can help our mission is through a planned gift included in your will. Less than half of American adults have a legal will, which is why AFSP is partnering with [FreeWill]([link removed]) to give you the opportunity to write a free, legal will online. This simple and secure online tool helps you direct your resources to the people and causes you care most about.

The start of a new year is the perfect time to think about the impact you want to make in the world, and the legacy you want to leave behind. Estate planning is an easy place to start, but an important one. When you designate a donation to AFSP in your will or trust, you help enable AFSP initiatives including suicide prevention research, education, advocacy, loss support, the Out of the Darkness Walks, and more –– long into the future.

Together, let’s turn the page to a future that saves lives and brings hope to those affected by suicide, including those who have experienced a loss.

If you have already included AFSP in your estate plan, let us know by [filling out this quick form]([link removed]) so we can thank you for your support.
