On January 22nd, 1973, the Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade which established the right to privacy for every American and gave women the ability to make their own reproductive health care decisions.

Now, on the same day over fifty years later, millions of individuals across our country are living under archaic abortion bans.

In New Hampshire, my anti-choice opponent Kelly Ayote has supported the extreme far-right agenda that created this dangerous reality for Americans across our country.

In our state legislature, Republicans introduced a bill that would ban abortion after just 15 days.

If Kelly Ayotte – the woman who voted for a national abortion ban and to defund Planned Parenthood SIX times – were running the state? You can bet she’d roll back abortion protections even further.

Today, we remember that although we took a step back as a nation, New Hampshire can take a huge step forward this November. We have the chance to elect pro-choice candidates to enshrine the right to an abortion across the Granite State.
