Today in 1973, the Supreme Court issued their decision in Roe v. Wade. 

Then, nearly fifty years later, the Supreme Court overturned this
decision, upending legal precedent and ripping away a constitutional right
that generations of Americans have known their entire lives. And make no
mistake, that was not the end goal but just the beginning. 

Now, anti-choice Republicans are trying to ban abortion nationwide, and
Bob Casey’s opponent, David McCormick, is in lockstep with them. He even
said that he supports an extreme abortion ban without exceptions for rape
or incest.

[ [link removed] ]What happens in 2024 could decide the fate of reproductive rights
across the Nation. So we have to ask: Can you rush any amount right now to
keep this seat and the Senate in Democratic hands?

The stakes are higher than ever before, team. McCormick has a
record of supporting an extreme anti-choice agenda and even called the
overturning of Roe a “huge victory.” 

That’s why we’re emailing you today, friend. We need your help to
stop Mitch McConnell and David McCormick from taking back the Senate and
passing a national abortion ban.
