FLORIDA: ABORTION FOR NO ONE!
Florida politicians are working hard to make their state as hostile to abortion seekers as possible by introducing a bill that would effectively be a near-total abortion ban! Just some of the ghoulishness in this kill bill? Providing abortion care could land you in prison for ten years, abortion banned after fertilization, and the outlawing of manufacturing, selling, or mailing abortion pills if there’s a chance they’ll be used in Florida. We’re no experts, but we think the technical term for this kind of law is an “evil clusterfuck”. We assume the next step is thought monitoring.

SCOTUS OFFICIALLY COSIGNS ON FORCING DOCTORS TO LET PATIENTS DIE 
We cover a lot of bullshit here, but sometimes even we are blown away by the cruelty and this is one of those times- when there are states like Idaho that ARE FIGHTING TO OUTLAW MEDICALLY-APPROPRIATE EMERGENCY CARE because that absolutely does sometimes include abortion care. Of course SCOTUS is allowing it to go into effect; this is completely normal and not at all some sort of dystopian hellscape.

FLORIDA: ROE? TIME TO GO BIGGER!
In honor of the anniversary of Roe v Wade, people across the country will be taking to the streets to demand abortion rights, and Florida is no exception! Our friends at Tampa Bay Abortion Fund will be joining together with other community partners for their Bigger Than Roe Rally- Tampa on Sunday, January 21st from 2 PM to 4 PM ET- information linked here!
