Folks, there was an error regarding the date of our election in the email we sent earlier today.

We know there's a lot going on right now, and we don't want to cause any additional confusion. Georgia's presidential primary will be held Tuesday, May 19, the same day as our primary.

We're sincerely sorry for the mistake -- we always strive to provide you with the most accurate and up to date information.

Thank you,

Team Nabilah

PREVIOUS MESSAGE:

Hi everyone. The state of Georgia just announced some big changes to our election, and I wanted to make sure you all know about them.

Election officials have decided to move Georgia's Democratic Presidential Primary to May 19 -- the same day as our race's primary.

From a public health perspective, we applaud this decision -- it's absolutely vital to keep as many people out of public spaces as possible in the weeks to come.

We also recognize that now, our race will have even more attention. Pundits will be wondering how progressive advocates for Medicare for All like myself will fare in competitive races.

And with the higher turnout from being coupled with the presidential primary, our race will be a bellwether for the nation.

Will you pitch in to make sure that when the country has its eyes on us, we'll be ready to perform better than ever?

[link removed]

Medicare for All and other progressive policies are gaining momentum across all fifty states -- let's show the world that Georgia believes healthcare is a human right.

Onward,

Nabilah
