Here we go again.

Team Burchett is ready to take a stand with Tim as he digs in his heels to demand some real budget cuts. The latest spending “deal” for government funding isn’t anything close to a good deal—especially for Republicans who want some dadgum fiscal responsibility.

Supporters of the $1.59 trillion free-for-all will try to tell you that everything is fine and dandy. But the math doesn’t add up, and the House Freedom Caucus estimates the true cost rings up to about $1.658 trillion.

But that’s not even the worst part.

In addition to falling off a fiscal cliff (while leaders on both sides of the aisle are blissfully in denial), we still have a reckless form of anarchy unfolding at our southern border.

If Congress doesn’t move to defund all federal programs that process and support undocumented immigrants, Republicans should let the government shut down. We have no other choice!

Democrats will continue to fund this chaos to the tune of $451 billion a year if we let them. That means your hard-earned tax dollars are going towards housing, feeding, and educating illegal aliens—not to mention footing the bill for their medical care.

Thanks to the Biden administration, the America we know is gone. The Left’s answer to the border problem is to make illegal immigration legal—and someone’s got to take a stand.
