Folks, did you see this article [[link removed]] from Roll Call highlighting Michelle as one of seven pro-choice Latina candidates running for Congress this year?
Michelle has been running on a strong pro-choice platform from the very beginning and this article confirms what we already knew — that abortion is not just on the ballot in 2024, but that it is a winning issue.
South Texas desperately needs a congresswoman who will fight to ensure that women and Texas families have access to the reproductive healthcare they need — including safe abortions. Will you chip in now to elect a pro-choice champion to represent TX-15?

As Michelle told Roll Call, “We’re not talking about hypotheticals anymore. This is a very real issue that is directly putting women and families in danger.” Kate Cox’s story of being forced to flee the state to seek care elsewhere after being denied a potentially life saving abortion is proof of that.
Nobody but a woman and her healthcare providers should be involved in any decision around healthcare. Politicians like Monica De La Cruz, Ted Cruz, and Greg Abott have no place in those decisions.
This is not a controversial take, folks. It’s one that is shared by the majority of Americans.
All over the country we are seeing wins for reproductive rights — even in states where Trump won in 2020. Ballot initiatives protecting access to abortion have passed in states like Ohio, Kansas, Montana and Kentucky and if we can win there, we know a pro-choice candidate can win in South Texas too!
TX-15 doesn’t need extremists like Monica De La Cruz interfering in women’s private healthcare decisions — please chip in now to elect a pro-choice champion for South Texas!
