Discover how you can accelerate your impact on health care through the Master of Health Care Innovation (MHCI) program from the University of Pennsylvania. We invite you to attend an online session about the MHCI, the online degree program where you can build a diverse network of innovative thinkers and leaders passionate about improving health care.

During the 20-month program, MHCI students learn a variety of core areas to inform their work:
health policy | health equity | operations |
behavioral economics and decision making | innovation | leadership. 

Electives dive into AI, data, value and quality, and more.

Students build a learning community from across health care, including:

policymakers | executives | directors and managers |
researchers | clinicians | entrepreneurs | consultants.

At the online session, you will learn how the MHCI can help you:

• Make a positive change in health care.
• Bring lessons from an interdisciplinary curriculum into your work.
• Understand the perspectives of various stakeholders.
• Pursue the innovation you’re passionate about leading.

Our staff, along with student and alumni representatives, will share how the MHCI has spurred career advancement, and give you an inside look at the curriculum and online learning experience.
