TDI adopts a rule to establish the period in which a TWIA appraisal must be completed

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) adopts a rule to implement House Bill 3310 [ [link removed] ], 88th Legislature, 2023, which requires TDI to adopt rules establishing the period in which a Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) appraisal must be completed. The rule establishes various deadlines for the appraisal process, including deadlines for appraisers and appraisal panels to decide on the amount of loss.
