When elected, Joyce became the first woman to serve as Mayor of Manchester and the first Democrat to flip this seat in nearly 15 years.
Throughout her time in office, she’s attracted hundreds of millions of dollars in economic development, supported the state’s largest Planned Parenthood, invested in public schools, and worked to make housing more affordable.
