There’s no question that CA-30 should be an example for the rest of the country.

Unfortunately, today’s Congress is led by extremists focused on advancing their fringe political agenda and stripping away our rights. They’ve shown little interest in caring about the people I represent.

As a mother and an Angeleno, I'm worried about the future of our county. That's why as a legislator and activist, I'm stepping up to do something about it.

In Congress, it’s my promise that every vote I take will be grounded in whether or not it truly meets the needs of this district -- whether it’s combating climate change, fighting for dignified wages and a public health option, or defending reproductive freedoms and the rights of our LGBTQ+ friends and family from far-right attacks.
