Dear John:

Merry Christmas from my family to yours! And I hope you are enjoying a wonderful - if not necessarily snowy - holiday season. I am always reminded how blessed I am to live in Minnesota's 7th District with some of the best people this country as to offer.

I know this can be a difficult time for many. My heart goes out to all those who are not able to spend time with loved ones this year. I especially want to thank those serving their communities and their country so the rest of us can enjoy our holidays knowing we are protected. I pray for your safety and thank you and your families for your sacrifices this season.
