Here we go again. The 2024 Legislative Session starts Jan 3. We've received our first bill notification for the session:

 

AB 1554 (Patterson, Joe) California Environmental Quality Act: exemption: wildfire fuels reduction projects. (Introduced-2/17/2023). Set for hearing 1/8/2024 A-NATURAL RESOURCES 2:30 p.m
