Every dollar we raise gets put to work passing pro-environment policies that create more clean energy jobs, addressing the underlying causes of air and water pollution, and protecting our parks and game lands.
Thank you for all you do,

Hi –

As I reflect on the incredible journey we've had together in 2023, I wanted to take a minute to thank you for your unwavering support. You and our thousands of supporters have been the driving force behind our successes.

This year, our dedicated team tirelessly worked to connect with people. This Fall we made an impact by calling an impressive 36,574 voters and knocking on 1,116 doors to get the word out about critical elections. Your support meant that we were able to spend upwards of $400,000 on digital ads educating and mobilizing Pennsylvanians throughout the year! And through our year-long advocacy and outreach with those ads, our members sent 8,015 messages to their elected officials and leaders, we collected 1,899 petition signatures, and we turned out 1,145 activists to events.

Our collective efforts led to significant victories, including the election of Judge Dan McCaffery to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Sara Innamorato to Allegheny County Executive, and over 90% of our endorsed candidates in the 2023 cycle.

Our actions empowered Governor Shapiro to appeal the Commonwealth Court's disastrous decision on the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, putting us closer to achieving major clean energy victories.

In collaboration with our allies in organized labor, we successfully pushed for "Solar for Schools," legislation which enables school districts to save on utilities by purchasing solar panels.

We also lobbied the state legislature to block voter suppression bills and supported Governor Shapiro's new policy to register voters automatically when they receive or renew a drivers license.

These successes are a testament to the power of grassroots organizing, building trusted relationships with our leaders and allies, and holding firm to the values we stand for. Friend, can I count on your support to jumpstart our 2024 work? [link removed]

Even as we reflect on this remarkable year, we are planning for a tough road ahead.

Throughout 2023, we continued to see the devastating impacts of climate change here at home. From the massive and deadly flooding in Bucks County this summer to the Canadian wildfires which released alarming amounts of pollutants into the air across the East Coast and threatened the health of millions, climate change is here. We need to act now if we’re going to avoid the worst predictions: [link removed]

We know what we have to do. In 2024, we must:
✅Capitalize on the once-in-a-lifetime federal investments from President Biden’s Clean Energy Plan to bring clean energy projects and jobs, environmental justice initiatives, and economy-stimulating tax credits to all Pennsylvanians;
✅Pass proactive, pro-environment legislation in Harrisburg to protect against pollution and hasten the transition to a clean energy economy;
✅Elect more environmental champions up and down the ballot to increase our majority in the state House and make progress in flipping the state Senate.

As we approach the end of the year, your continued financial support is crucial to help meet the challenges ahead and make this ambitious plan a reality.

Can we count on you to chip in today? [link removed]

Together, we can build on our successes, address new challenges, and work towards a brighter, more inclusive future for our community.
