Provider Enrollment Application Fee Increased for 2024

The 2024 enrollment application fee [ [link removed] ] for institutional providers has increased from $688 to $709. The fee is required for any enrollment application submitted on or after Jan. 1, 2024, through Dec. 31, 2024.
