** Last week, the lobbyists of the Colorado County Clerks Association (CCCA) issued a letter to elected officials, begging their help defending Colorado’s hopelessly unsecure, Chinese-built electronic voting systems, which process ballots from Colorado’s notoriously bloated and inaccurate voter rolls.

It was an appeal to authority, intended to tamp down legitimate concerns of citizens, and the CCCA included a string of lies and baseless accusations against those citizens. The letter offered weak strawman arguments with flawed logic and false choices. Today, it is less important to refute stupidity point by point – those statements will collapse with time and under their own weight – than it is to identify what the CCCA is, and their motivations.

First, notice the CCCA didn’t send their message to voters.

No, as currently constructed and utilized, CCCA is best seen as the county clerks’ and the electronic voting industry’s union. It is being used as a tool to keep revolving-door career options in play, from bureaucrat-to-consultant-to-lobbyist – similar to what we witnessed between BIG GOVERNMENT (e.g. CDC, NIH, FDA) and BIG PHARMA companies during the Covid19 event.

The CCCA protects the money stream for career ambitions and dubious technological pursuits. The voters’ interests are – and under this leadership always will be – subordinate to those entities that sponsor and write checks to the CCCA. The hostile references toward the citizens in their letter clearly indicates the CCCA perceives informed voters with demonstrable concerns about voting fraud as a threat to CCCA’s position and authority.

Even so, it was still remarkable how insolently the lobbyists at CCCA drew their battle line with the MAJORITY of the American people standing on the other side of it. Polling consistently shows a majority of Americans have legitimate concerns about election fraud. As the 2024 presidential race kicks off in earnest, Americans who have focused on keeping their family budgets and businesses afloat will begin to focus on the blight Joe Biden’s regime has wrought upon our land. As more citizens re-engage in the political fray, we can anticipate our majority will grow.

Given our state’s voter rolls remain bloated and inaccurate – even after Judicial Watch won their lawsuit against Colorado’s dismal Secretary of State – and given the same penetrated, vulnerable equipment from 2020 was in use in 2021, 2022, and 2023, there is no reason for citizens to believe any of those elections were secure.

We should see the CCCA letter for what it is: A desperate call by the lobbyists at the CCCA for government to circle the wagons against an American majority with legitimate concerns about election fraud. Our evidence is clear to all who will look. CCCA will not look, nor admit their systems are inadequate and completely vulnerable to manipulation. To do so would be to jeopardize their authority and influence – and their paycheck. Under its current direction, CCCA is a political interest lobby worthy of nothing but scorn, and their assertions are dogmatic tripe. Honest county clerks – and there are many – should demand a purge of CCCA “leadership” and start anew with objective reassessments of CCCA positions.

Respectfully,
Ron Hanks, Chair, COGOP Ballot and Election Security Committee

1. If you are a concerned voter, watch and share the 24-minute video, “Your Wake-Up Call” by cybersecurity expert Phil Waldron, COL, US Army, Retired. In that video, you will find the hypocrisy of the CCCAs arguments of “secure elections” fully exposed from both sides of the political aisle. [link removed]
