Asm. Mullin's AB 3071, which would ban the use of lead-based ammo at indoor and outdoor gun ranges, is headed for a likely committee hearing on March 23rd.

The Government laughably claims this draconian ammo ban is designed to "save the environment."

But we know the truth, which is that AB 3071 is designed to wipe out the Second Amendment.
