Can you feel the excitement, John?

Since launching our reelection campaign just over a week ago, we have seen tremendous amounts of support come in. Folks across District 1, Iowa, and the country have chipped in to grow our grassroots movement and have connected with me, both in person and online, to say they are ready to stand with us as we stand tall for all!

Here's what I love about public service: Connecting with people. Whether it's stopping to chat at the grocery store, the Republican at my local bar saying he's voting for me or seeing an old classmate wishing me good luck, I am happiest when I am connecting with folks on the street and organizing for a good cause.

I can think of no better cause than fighting for Iowans, because Iowans deserve better than what Governor Reynolds and her cronies at the state capitol have to offer.
