Stock market bounces back after hitting historic low

Stocks have rebounded Friday on hopes for a COVID-19 aid package from Washington after Wall Street's worst day since the "Black Monday” crash of 1987. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said Capitol Hill and the administration were “very close to getting this done.”

Trucking industry playing an important role in the COVID-19 fight

The trucking industry is working to meet consumer demand for items such as paper products, water and even beer as people try to stock up. Trucking and distribution companies are also educating their employees on safe hygiene protocol and encouraging workers to stay home if they are sick.

Barleywine – it’s actually a beer!

Barleywine, which is beer, not wine, can trace its origin back to 18th-century England. In the 1970s America’s craft beers put their own twist on the recipe. American-style barleywines typically have a bitter, hoppy foundation, as opposed to the richer profiles and fruity brews offered in Britain.

Delivery apps face criticism over unauthorized listings

Some delivery apps such as GrubHub have faced a backlash from restaurants and customers over unauthorized listings. Without their knowledge, some restaurants have had fake pages set up on delivery service apps. These postings are harmful because they can lead to misinformation or imposters selling food under another restaurant’s name.
