December is a month of reflection, and 2023 has given our Texas is Ready
team much to consider. In our contemplation, we recognize that the impact
of our work is only as far and wide as our reach, which means that our
connections with all of you are of utmost importance. So, THANK YOU for
your continued support and dedication to the health and well-being of young
Texans and communities.

Two hundred ten of you, representing 43 Texas counties, engaged with us
through webinars this year. Several of you attended our annual symposium,
contacted us for individualized support, and shared our resources with your
networks. We appreciate you and invite you to share your impact in the
communities in which you live, work, and play. If you have interacted with
Texas is Ready in 2023, please take a moment to complete this survey. [1]

Your responses will help us better understand the power of our connection.
Plus, if you complete the survey by December 31st, you'll be entered into a
raffle to win either a $50 Visa Card or a $30 Visa Card.

Don't miss out on this opportunity!
