Every state and territory currently is writing their 2024-2028 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) state plan, which is due on March 4, 2023.

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND: This webinar will provide you with critical information to better ensure that your state?s plan includes:

? Meaningful "strategic" partnerships to promote and operationalize collaboration, coordination, and communication.
? Activities that ensure that all facets of the workforce system can successfully serve diverse, underserved populations, including people with disabilities.
? Promising practices that promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and nondiscrimination.
? Actions to ensure that people with disabilities and other underrepresented populations are included in all aspects of your state's WIOA Unified or Combined State Plan.
? Ways to incorporate the Good Jobs Initiative and other ?Investing in America? programs into your state plan so that they include people with disabilities.
