In my family, we live by a simple yet powerful rule: "We do not quit." This principle guides everything I do, and it's at the heart of my commitment to serve on the Houston City Council.

Serving on the council isn't always glamorous, but it's crucial. The decisions made there affect our daily lives, from the water we drink to the roads we travel. Right now, Houston faces as many as 944 busted water mains, a glaring sign of neglect and inefficiency. We've become numb to these issues, accepting them as just part of life in Houston. But it doesn't have to be this way.

The root of the problem? We keep electing mediocre representatives who perpetuate corruption and ineffective government. Our current representation has shown a lack of engagement and initiative on the issues that matter to District G. With votes for tax increases, rubber-stamping out-of-control liberal spending, and minimal participation in critical budget meetings, it's clear we need a change.

I promise you more than just average leadership. I promise to fight for our city, to address the issues head-on, and to never quit until we see the change we deserve.
