ANALYZING THE COLORADO TRUMP CANDIDACY CASE WITH ROBERT DELAHUNTY

Join us for an exclusive virtual briefing tomorrow evening with Robert Delahunty where he will break down the intricacies of the recent decision in the Colorado lawsuit challenging former President Trump’s ability to appear on the state ballot in 2024.

Delahunty's meticulous legal analysis enabled Trump to prevail on substantive—rather than procedural—grounds in this case. This decision marks a pivotal moment in Claremont’s efforts to prevent the Left’s control of elections through “lawfare.” This briefing will dissect the case's specifics and provide valuable insights into navigating similar disqualification cases.
