Listen to Giselle's Story NEW | WI’s School Report Cards Are Broken... Here's How to Fix Them Schools with 20% proficiency or less in reading shouldn't be rated as 'proficient' on the state report card. WILL Research Director, Will Flanders, PhD, and Senior Research Analyst, Noah Diekemper, explain just how to fix the problem in their latest analysis. 📊 Read Analysis NEW | WILL Files Amicus Brief with Oklahoma Supreme Court WILL filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court of Oklahoma in defense of a Catholic charter school. The Oklahoma Attorney General is attempting to defend state statutes that support only “sectarian” or non-religious charters. WILL believes the highest court in the state of Oklahoma should deny that effort. 🗯 WILL Associate Counsel, Skylar Croy, stated, “The Attorney General’s actions are very troubling, and he should know better. To discriminate and allocate state funds based on religious grounds is a clear violation of rights enshrined by the Constitution in the First Amendment. Not only do choice, private, and charter schools play a vital role in our education system, but religious discrimination has no place in our country. We respectfully advise the Oklahoma Supreme Court to deny the Petition.” Learn More   Defend Freedom The work we do would not be possible without the generosity of YOU, our donors; we are a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization that receives no public funds. As a non-profit and non-partisan organization, we litigate in the areas of equality under the law, property rights, the freedom to earn a living, voting rights, regulation, taxation, school choice, and religious freedom. As an educational organization, we strive to advance the debate concerning law and public policy in these and other areas. Please consider making a donation to secure the blessings of liberty and to defend freedom. 🇺🇸 Stand With Us Read more at www.will-law.org.
