IMPORTANT NOTICE
During the Mecklenburg County Young Republicans November Monthly Meeting (Tuesday November 28th) We will hold an election to fill the vice chair position of our executive board. During this time we will also hold elections to fill the other vacant positions of parliamentarian and political director should anyone be interested in those positions. The meeting will occur at 6:30 pm at Dillworth Grille.
At this time only one individual has expressed interest in the vice chair role.
To vote, make nominations, and serve on the executive board you must be
* Age 18-40 the day of November 28th
* Reside in Mecklenburg County
* Be registered to vote as a Republican.

[email protected]) with your name as it appears on your voter registration card and the position you want to be a candidate for.
Nominating speeches will be limited to one minute. You may nominate yourself.
Candidate speeches will also be one minute. If you nominate yourself, you will only have a candidate speech. There will be no nominating speeches for candidates who nominate themselves. If there is only one candidate for a position, that person will win by acclamation.
Executive board terms are normally two years, however the winners will only serve until the end of next year (2024) with a new election taking place January 2025 for the 2025-2027 term.
I cannot stress the importance of filling our board ahead of year's end. 2024 will be a BIG year. Our number one priority is to help Republicans win, and we will be able to best carry out that mission when we have our full board in tact.
