Kasich + Schwarzenegger + Kerry - The event was the first town hall in the

John - as part of Governor John Kasich’s continuing efforts to use his voice
to help us bridge our political divide, he hosted former U.S. Sec. of State
John Kerry and former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in his hometown of
Westerville for a town hall to discuss the important issue of climate change.

The event was the first town hall in the nation hosted by World War Zero

signed onto earlier this year.

With the belief that denial of climate change is no longer enough, Gov. Kasich
expressed that the time has come for people who understand the need to be good
stewards of our environment to get to work finding solutions that will make
more progress in our fight against climate change.

For the more than 1,000 in attendance, it was refreshing for most to see
Republicans and Democrats come together during this time of deep polarization
and division to have a civil conversation on a subject as sensitive as climate
change.
