This time of year is tough for me.

My name is Captain Hung Cao. I served for over 25 years all over the world defusing bombs and protecting you and your family from foreign terrorists who only care to kill and take away the freedom we hold so dear.

Leaving for deployment was never easy. I have a wife and five kids at home but I had a duty to protect and defend the country I love.

Now - I have a new duty: running for the U.S. Senate in Virginia.

Washington needs a FIGHTER, someone who’s not beholden to dark money groups, a leader who’s seen firsthand the troubles we face.

Under the current leadership of Joe Biden and the U.S. Senate Democrats, America looks weak, our citizens can’t afford to live, and our southern border is being invaded. We have become a second thought in our own country, and the only people benefitting is the Washington Establishment.

I am running for the U.S. Senate to defeat one of Washington’s Biggest Insiders – career politician, Tim Kaine.

My time in the Navy may be done, but my duty to our country is nowhere near finished.

My uniform may change to a suit, my boots may change to dress shoes, and my rifle may change to a pen, but there is one thing that will never change - my love and service to our country.

I owe it to my kids, my fellow brothers and sisters who have fallen on the battlefield, and to YOU to make our future a better one.

I will never waver, but I do need your support. Can you fuel my fight with just a few dollars or whatever you can afford today?
