The Biden Administration has demonstrated a shocking pattern of appeasing state sponsors of terrorism including the latest release of $10B to Iran, the attempt at resuming the 2015 Iran Nuclear Deal, and the catastrophic withdrawal of Afghanistan that ended in a transfer of power to the Taliban that included $80B in cash, weapons, and supplies, $80M in bi-weekly cash payments, and many other financial transactions to the Taliban regime.
FREEZE THE $10B PAYMENT TO IRAN-STOP THE IRAN NUCLEAR DEAL!
Today, we confront a harsh truth—the very taxpayers funding the United States government are unwittingly financing the resurgence of Al Qaeda 2.0 under the protection of the Taliban-led Militant Islamic Jihad Government in Afghanistan. This government, recognized by the international community, is spearheaded by none other than Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the co-founder of the Taliban and the operational mastermind behind the deaths of thousands of U.S. military personnel and allied troops who have cooperated with Al Qaeda leaders throughout its occupation.
What's more alarming is the pact we struck with this devil. Under the signed Doha agreement, the U.S. committed not to fight the Taliban, and the Taliban, in turn, vowed not to let extremists use Afghanistan as a staging ground against the U.S. or its allies. This was followed by commitments to power-sharing talks, a façade that crumbled as we witnessed President Ashraf Ghani fleeing Kabul in a helicopter during the chaotic U.S. withdrawal.
Baradar, the puppet master, manipulated the U.S. into ending its endless war, seizing the opportune moment to overthrow Ghani's government and take control of Afghanistan in a matter of days. They swiped $80 billion in weapons and supplies, initially meant for Ghani's government, now being liquidated to aid terrorist networks against the West—all while operating under the guise of a peace treaty with the U.S.
But here's the bitter pill to swallow: not only does the U.S. stand-alone in upholding this agreement, but our taxpayer dollars are funding appeasement. The Biden administration has authorized over $1.1 billion in financial transactions with the Taliban and Al Qaeda’s Haqqani Network, and we're now delivering $80 million in untraceable cash bi-weekly to the Taliban for humanitarian aid and education, despite the Taliban's ban on educating girls and women.
Let this sink in—the U.S. remains Afghanistan’s single largest donor even after the Taliban's takeover, and we can't even get a proper accounting of this spending due to noncooperation from our own government agencies. Instead of preventing Al Qaeda's resurgence, we're funneling money to the Taliban, printing fresh bills for terrorists, and colluding with European banks. NOW Al Qaeda has established terror training camps in every Afghan province, appointing local Taliban leaders to oversee these camps and recruiting leaders from every known and unknown regional and global terror network to come and set up base under the protected territory of Afghanistan with guaranteed shielding against US drone strikes in the region. Known Benghazi Al Qaeda attackers and some of America's most wanted are now safely occupying Afghanistan while we do nothing to target and eliminate these terror leaders and their grave threat posed by the West.
This is not incompetence; it's a calculated conspiracy within our own government to empower the Taliban. The betrayal in Afghanistan wasn't just a panicked evacuation; it was a meticulously orchestrated plan by enemies within Washington, D.C., determined to put the Taliban in power. The enemies of America are not just abroad—they're right here among us. We must demand accountability and put an end to this disgraceful betrayal of our nation.
