Candidate Endorsement Meeting
Come hear from and discuss candidates seeking the chapter's endorsement for Hennepin County commissioner and MN State Senate! Discussion topics will include whether and how we should support members and other candidates running for office and how these races might fit with the chapter’s strategic goals.
Interested candidates and their questionnaire responses will be posted this week and can be found here: [link removed]
The meeting will present an opportunity for candidates to address the members and members may ask the candidates questions. We encourage all voting members to attend so they can cast an informed decision about whether to endorse a candidate.
We’ll be using OpaVote online voting at this meeting. Members in good standing will be sent a link to vote at the address they used to sign up for DSA when the meeting starts.
Member Check-in
Check-in starts at 1:00 p.m.
Our meetings are highly attended, and check-in lines may get long. To ensure that you're ready for the meeting to begin at 1:00 p.m., we recommend checking in as soon as possible.
If you joined recently, please bring the confirmation email you received in case you aren't yet on our membership list.
While our meetings are open to all interested parties, only current dues paying members are able to vote during the meetings. Want to become a member?
