John,
Last weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Blue Wave Gala with 300 other Sussex County Democrats.

Many of the community members I spoke with had the same question for me:
“Colleen, why are you working overtime to run this campaign?”
Every time, my answer is simple: It’s what I’ve always done.
John, before I explain what I mean, this race is heating up more every day. Will you chip in any amount today to get me fighting for all of us in Congress? [[link removed]]

From making a new life with my family after a fraudster took everything we had to driving an ambulance while attending college to volunteering as a physician assistant to treat earthquake victims in the Himalayas, I’ve never shied away from tough situations – especially when lives are on the line.
Whether you live in Claymont or Kenton, Dover or Ocean View, and everywhere in between, I’m running for Congress to put Delaware families first, just like I’ve done as State Treasurer.
We need leaders in D.C. who know what working families go through, and I’m ready to be that leader for Delaware.
I’m working overtime to run this campaign so that I can fight for families facing everyday challenges in Congress. John, will you help me make it there with a people-powered contribution today? >> [[link removed]]
In unity,

At just eight years old, Colleen’s life changed when her father’s company fell victim to fraud and went bankrupt. Her family was evicted, lost their home and all of their possessions, and they moved from rental home to rental home and school to school.
Thanks to the power of family, hard work and the care of her neighbors and teachers in Delaware, Colleen persevered and paid her way through college by driving an ambulance.
