*Overdue reporting reminder*

The Common Interest Conversion reporting survey *was due*?*Tuesday, Oct. 31*

This message only applies to jurisdictions planning under RCW 36.70A.040. If this does not apply to you, or you have already submitted your survey, please disregard, and thank you.

*Data reporting is required for ALL jurisdictions, even if reporting "none."?*If you have not submitted your survey, please do so now.

*Who must report?*

RCW 64.90.660 [ [link removed] ] states that all cities and counties planning under RCW 36.70A.040, which have inspected any conversion buildings or managed the payment of relocation assistance within the jurisdiction within the previous 12-month period, must report the following information annually to the Department of Commerce:

* The total number of apartment units converted into common interest community units.
* The total number of conversion common interest community projects.
* The total number of residential tenants and residential subtenants who received relocation assistance.

*What if my jurisdiction has no data to report?*

We are asking *all jurisdictions* to report on the *previous five fiscal years* to ensure we are tracking jurisdictions reporting ?none," along with jurisdictions that have data to report.

* The survey allows you to skip years that you do not have any data to report.
* If you are reporting ?none,? the survey will take less than 1 minute to complete.

Next year, and moving forward, each jurisdiction will only report on the previous fiscal year. We thank you for taking the time to help us gather the required data for prior years.

*How do I report?*

We have created a short survey to capture your reporting data.?Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey!
