Hello Democrats,
Democrats won BIG in elections across the country this year. From Kentucky reelecting their Democratic governor Andy Beshear for a second term, to Ohio voting to protect abortion rights and legalizing recreational marijuana, Democratic policies are resonating with voters. And right here in New Mexico, roughly 67% more Democrats than Republicans voted, as of the most recently reported data.
Although voters are increasingly rejecting GOP extreme policies, progressive successes in yesterday’s election are thanks to the successful organizing efforts of everyday Democrats who got out to knock doors, phone bank, and advocate for our core Democratic values.
The results speak for themselves: when Democrats organize, Democrats win. When Democrats come together to fight for our values, we make a difference that positively impacts millions of lives. But in order to defeat Donald Trump and the radical MAGA agenda in 2024, we’ll need to maintain this momentum and build up even more energy.
