John—
If you're like me, this week has been a roller coaster of emotions. I spent the first few days with amazing candidates in Super Tuesday states, then took a redeye flight to make it to the Supreme Court for the first abortion case since Brett Kavanaugh was appointed to the bench. What a whirlwind. As the old saying goes, I've laughed, I've cried — sometimes at the same time!
On Tuesday, we saw victories in Texas with Gina Ortiz Jones and Wendy Davis winning their primaries. In TX-28, Jessica Cisneros came within 3,000 votes of defeating one of Trump’s favorite Democrats, Henry Cuellar — proving that it’s only a matter of time before his out-of-step, anti-choice views cost him his seat.
Everywhere I’ve traveled these last few weeks, NARAL members like you have shown up in force. From the steps of the Supreme Court to rural districts in California, Texas, and New Hampshire, NARAL members are there — knocking doors, making phone calls, joining rallies, and proving that reproductive freedom voters won’t be ignored.
Your passion and commitment make our work possible. And our work isn’t done. With only two viable candidates left in the presidential primary, we want to hear from you directly:

We know not all NARAL members think exactly alike, John, and during this historically diverse primary, many of us have supported different candidates — including some who are no longer in the race.
I am personally grateful for every reproductive freedom champion who ran. Their exits from the race were a loss, but their contributions have already shaped this election, ensuring their impact will be felt in November and beyond.
That’s why, with an eye towards the future, we need to plan our next steps — and we can’t do that without first hearing from you.
Will you take two minutes to answer our survey and let us know which candidate you will be voting for to protect and expand our reproductive freedom?
With you in this fight,
Ilyse Hogue President, NARAL Pro-Choice America
