What can you do?: Stay informed about vaping and use that information to connect with your loved one through open communication.

One of our experts on teen vaping, Linda Richter, shared information on the Uncensored Parenting podcast about what vaping is, signs that your kid is vaping, and what to do if you think they are.

Linda told the hosts:

“If you’re wondering or think your kid is doing it, one approach is to say: ‘I know a lot of kids are vaping now. It’s all over the place. I assume some of your friends are doing it. What do you think about it? What do you know about it?’ You can get a vibe from how they’re answering. It doesn’t have to be one conversation in one day – you can keep going at it.”
