President's Message
A Fascinating 30 Years Conference

Dear John,
I can hardly believe that it's already been a month since our "30 Years of Alzheimer's Prevention Conference." Can you?

What a great conference. It was fitting for a 30th Anniversary celebration.

Our fantastic speakers presented on a wide variety of approaches to brain health and wellness - from gut health to hormones to spirituality.

The biggest take away for me was yet another confirmation that our body, mind and spirit are interconnected, and research is proving it over and over again. In my view, this is so important and I'm glad we have the opportunity to bring this information to you.

If you missed it, we will soon have recordings available. If you're interested in state-of-the-art, empowering information on Body and Brain Longevity®, then you'll love the recordings. We will release them in the near future.

"I found the conference to be very valuable and have already started using the information in my classes. I am super grateful that you gave us the ability to attend virtually. I could not have traveled to attend, and the presentations were delivered in such a way that I didn't feel the need to be in the room to learn more. Thank you so much!" - Ellen M
Attendees & Speakers had a wonderful time at the 30 Years Conference.

As you can imagine, it takes a lot of resources to produce such a far-reaching conference. One of the attendees remarked, "This must have required quite an investment." And it did.

So as we approach the time of year of giving, I ask you to please consider a generous gift to ARPF. Click here for ways you can donate.

You can also donate your Required Minimum Distribution and save on your tax burden for the year. Please email me if you need clarifications about that.

We still have some exciting activities planned for the last 2 months of the year, I look forward to seeing you there.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.

30 Years Conference Feedback
The ARPF Conference, the research, the speakers, the participants, the energy –everything was incredible. We are not exaggerating. We wanted to share some of the feedback we received.

"I am still vibrating from the amazing conference in Phoenix last weekend. Kudos to you both, and everyone involved in putting on this educational conference. All of the presentations and speakers were so inspiring and I learned a lot myself about how I can help my 92-year old mom who is experiencing more symptoms of Dementia every day. Everything about the weekend sessions was fabulous!" - Sherry M., RYT

"It was great to meet the ARPF team in person at the conference. Thanks for all your work to make the conference run smoothly and be so informative." - Sheri H.

There's more good news! You will be able to access all the sessions of the Conference... stay tuned.
