The State Legislature is at it again!

Fresh off a proposal to expand California's lead ammo ban, the anti-gunners are now going after firearms transportation too.

Asm. Chu's AB 3058 would add new requirements for you to "secure" your firearms, such as...

"By locking the firearm in a locked container that is permanently affixed to the trunk or elsewhere in the vehicle’s interior that is not in plain view."

Fight Back!

Under this legislation, you would practically have to WELD your guns to the car to avoid criminal penalties!

Indeed, AB 3058 is so precise in its Nanny State restrictiveness that it even specifies how thick your gun lock has to be.

According to the bill's text, “Lock” means a locking device with a shackle portion that is at least five-thirty-seconds of an inch in diameter."

Friend, we hate to ask you to oppose yet another bill just days after breaking the news about the new ammo ban, but there's just no alternative. 

Failure to take a stand could mean millions of California gun owners being criminalized for nothing less than a trip to the gun range.
