Hi John,

In just 10 days, voters will head to the polls in Pennsylvania to vote for a State Supreme Court Justice, two new Superior Court judges, a new Commonwealth Court judge, and several local/municipal positions.

Our PA courts can and will issue rulings on some of the Commonwealth’s most fundamental issues, including our very freedom to vote – yet many people don’t know what’s at stake, and these elections tend to have low turnout.

As Spotlight PA states, “Once on the court, judges often stay there for decades — interpreting state laws, striking them down completely, and determining guilt and punishments.”

To prove this point, this article includes an incredible interactive tool that shows how cases in front of these judges will impact Pennsylvania voters for years to come, from abortion rights to gun safety and education.

We invite you to take a moment to look through the issues that matter most to you ([link removed]), and when you are done, please consider making a $5 to help support our Get Out The Vote programs today → [link removed]

As you can see, this election will directly impact PA voters for years to come, including what happens in 2024. We only have 10 days left to turn out voters ahead of November 7, and we are depending on your support.

Thank you,

Team via New Pennsylvania Project
