On Tuesday, Attorney General Paxton sued the Biden administration
for undermining our state's border security efforts, revealing
that Biden's border patrol agents have been cutting razor wire
placed by the State of Texas at our southern border.

This news comes at a time when encounters with illegal aliens are
at an all-time high. With 269,735 illegal crossings, September
broke the monthly record for total illegal crossings since the
federal government began tracking the data in 2000.

Texas has a constitutional right to secure its border for the
safety of its communities. The Biden administration needs to stop
endangering Texas families and start working to address the
crisis it created.
