As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I’m proud to have cast votes to
confirm both of President Trump’s great picks, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh
to the bench.


I mention it because today Chuck Schumer threatened Supreme Justices Gorsuch
and Kavanaugh. Here’s what he said at an anti-life, pro-abortion rally:


"I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released
the whirlwind and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you if you go
forward with these awful decisions." - Chuck Schumer (D-NY)


This is so crazy. We don’t do this in America. We don’t threaten judges if
they vote the wrong way on a decision. We’re not some Third World, Banana
Republic where we’re trying to scare judges who aren’t in our back pockets.


It’s breathtaking: the Democratic Party is so radicalized on abortion politics
that today Chuck Schumer threatened two Supreme Court Justices — and people
applauded. 

We have to keep the Senate in 2020 to fight this type of garbage. 


This really is something uniquely new and bad and we shouldn’t pretend it’s
normal: we should call on Nebraska Democrats like Jane Kleeb and Kara Eastman
to denounce Chuck Schumer’s despicable threats.
