Danica is a trailblazer. In 2018, she became the first openly transgender person to both be elected and serve in any state legislature. And, she knows how to govern and get things done!

Danica’s opponent is an anti-trans, anti-abortion extremist. He’s been endorsed (and even supported with a six-figure donation!) by Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin, so it’s going to take all of us working together to get Danica to victory.

What’s more, if Republicans flip the Virginia State Senate this year, they’ll control the Governor’s office and the legislature — meaning they’ll have full power to enact their radical agenda. They’ll get to work right away enacting an abortion ban, stripping away LGBTQ+ rights, making it harder to vote, and more.

Republicans in Virginia have introduced a slew of anti-trans bills this year. Fortunately, Democrats have been able to block them all — and that’s why it’s SO important we elect Danica and protect Democrats’ majority in this key state.

Danica’s opponent doesn’t have the best interests of the community at heart and he isn’t even trying to hide it. Danica cares about working for ALL constituents to help make her community a better and safer place to live.
