Hello?Texas State Parks Supporter,

This year, Texans are celebrating the?*100th anniversary [ [link removed] ]*?of our system of state parks.?It's been an exciting centennial celebration so far, and we hope you?ve been able to participate with a visit to your state parks. Now Texans can vote on Proposition 14, which would create the?*Centennial Parks Conservation Fund [ [link removed] ]*. This would provide $1 billion in funding for new state parks ??without creating a new tax.

If Prop. 14 does not pass, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department will continue its efforts to acquire and develop state parks by using a mix of conservation funds, stakeholder partnerships and specifically authorized state and federal appropriations.

Make your voice heard by voting on Prop. 14. The *early voting [ [link removed] ]* period is from *Oct. 23-Nov. 3*, with the general election taking place on *Nov. 7*.?

Texas State Parks recently received the 2023 National Gold Medal Award, recognized as best state park system in the country! Read more in our *press release [ [link removed] ]*.
