In just a moment I am going to ask you to make a contribution to Kentucky's Democratic Governor, Andy Beshear. Please let me explain why this request, especially today, is so important.

There aren't many governor's races in 2023, but there is one just a few weeks away in Kentucky.

Republicans nominated a Trump devotee, Daniel Cameron, as their candidate. In his victory speech he said, "The Trump culture of winning is alive and well in Kentucky."

He has the support of Trump, and the entire MAGA-right. And as you read this he and his allies are spending tons of money to flip this seat.

But Democratic Governor Andy Beshear is one of the most popular governors in America — even in a red state. He is the only Democratic incumbent governor up for re-election this year and he needs our help.

Andy is popular because he had the courage to expand Medicaid and give health care to people in his state who desperately need it.

He is popular because time and time again, he chooses to stand and fight for working people in his state.

He is a shining example of what is possible when Democrats fight for what is right everywhere. And he needs our help. Today.

And because this is Kentucky and not a crazily expensive Senate race or even a statewide race in California our donations will go a very long way — especially with just a few weeks to go.

That's why I am asking:

Can you PLEASE rush a contribution directly to Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear's re-election campaign today? He needs our support immediately to hold off a challenge from the MAGA-right in his state.
