John,

According to USA Today, the judges and justice Pennsylvanians elect in November could shape the 2024 presidential election.

During the critical 2020 election, former President Donald Trump’s campaign targeted Pennsylvania in their attacks to dismantle our democracy by filing a frivolous lawsuit alleging Philadelphia election officials violated state law while tallying ballots.

Here’s why that matters now: Thanks to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, that lawsuit was dismissed. But with 2024 just around the corner, more attacks on voting rights and our freedom to vote will surely happen again.

On November 7th (or before when voting by mail), voters will head to the polls in Pennsylvania to vote for a State Supreme Court Justice, two new Superior Court judges, a new Commonwealth Court judge, and several local/municipal positions. Our PA courts can and will issue rulings on some of the Commonwealth’s most fundamental issues, including our very freedom to vote. We will feel the impact of this election for years to come, and especially in 2024.

We are 3 weeks out from Election Day. Can you rush $25 or more to help support our voter registration and mobilization efforts?
