Amazon removes more than a million items claiming to protect consumers from COVID-19
Amazon is cracking down on merchants who are capitalizing on the coronavirus outbreak. The company recently removed or blocked over a million products from its retail website that falsely advertised its effectiveness against the COVID-19.
Heidi Geist just finished her “48 Beer Project,” which was a tour of 48 states as a challenge to draw beer labels for a brewery in each state. “The beer industry is more than just beer,” she said. Her cross-country tour and various beer label designs are a way to “connect to the people in this industry and tell their stories.”
Companies that sell and use refrigerated trucks or "reefers" are beginning to experiment with ways to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions associated with transportation. Some of these innovations include electric trucks, trailer top solar panels, liquid nitrogen, smarter reefers and advanced thermal materials.
