Even as our country faces the most urgent public health crisis in years, Donald Trump is still working to take health care away from millions of Americans.

New York Times: "Supreme Court to Hear Obamacare Appeal"

The Trump administration is backing a lawsuit to strip away protections for millions of Americans with pre-existing conditions. Now, it's going to the Supreme Court. If Trump's right-wing packed bench votes in favor of Republican lawmakers, it could end coverage under the Affordable Care Act as we know it.

Republicans claim to be the party of health care and fighting for pre-existing conditions, but actions speak louder than words. Republican leadership has never stopped attacking our access to the care we need. In Congress. In state legislatures. In the courts. In executive orders.

Though they've railed against the Affordable Care Act for years, they've never so much as nodded in the direction of creating a plan of their own.

That's because they have no intention to create one.
This November, your health care is on the ballot. Please join our grassroots movement to help elect progressive leaders to Congress who will fight for your care, not sabotage it.

Here's the bottom line: thanks to Donald Trump and Senate Republicans, pre-existing condition protections are on the chopping block. It's time to vote them out.

Ron
