The weak GOP leadership has created a situation in which the United States has no Speaker of the House. Republican obstructionists like Senator Tuberville have prevented critical military appointments from being filled. Meanwhile, Senators Paul, Vance, and Hawley have held up State Department appointments, hampering our diplomatic strength. 

 

**The MAGA cult is somehow blaming President Biden for the mess they have created.** Their cries of a $6 billion dollar “gift” to Iran are unfounded, and the money was crucial to bring American hostages home to their families. It is unfortunate that in moments like these ineffective, backward Republican operatives are preventing the United States from exercising its full diplomatic power. It is emblematic of their lack of interest in governance and the American people.
