Friends - amid the chaos that is Capitol Hill right now, I’m so glad I have this team standing by me. Thank you so much to everyone who showed their support for my re-election campaign these last few days. The pressure was at an all-time high between our end-of-quarter fundraising deadline, our hustle to avoid a Republican government shutdown, and of course, the ousting of Kevin McCarthy from the Speakership.

Through all of that, you all stepped up – and here’s some good news: We blew past our fundraising goal!

This victory matters a lot. Besides the huge relief of hitting our goal - it sets us up for a strong October by helping us plan ahead and build a stronger campaign, and it shows everyone the strength of our grassroots support.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful and proud of this team. Thank you all so much for your support - whether that’s reading my emails, showing up when it matters most, chipping in to my campaign when you’re able to, or all of the above. Having supporters like you by my side will help us make a huge impact in the weeks and months ahead, especially as we get closer to next November.
