As a plaintiff in Juliana v. United States
, a landmark climate lawsuit filed by 21 young people against the federal government, Vic knows a thing or two about the ups and downs of climate organizing and how to fight climate anxiety with climate action. “The United States government is no joke, right? Feeling like one person looking at this massive institution can be hard sometimes. It taught me to lean into community, work with my neighbors, do mutual aid, and pay attention to what feels close and tangible.” You can hear from Vic live at Against All Odds on October 11 & 12! Florida’s Port St. Joe Stopped Plans for a Liquefied Natural Gas Plant
Late last year, the town of Port St. Joe learned that Nopetro, a Miami-based energy company, was planning to build a plant to liquefy natural gas in their small town. This plant threatened the health and safety of residents and the beautiful St. Joe’s Bay. By joining together and organizing with local allies, we stopped the plant proposal in its tracks.

Tell President Biden: Ban PFAS Now!
Dangerous PFAS chemicals never break down or go away. These toxic “forever chemicals” leach into our food, water, ecosystems, and bodies, posing severe human health risks. As PFAS contamination grows across the country, it's critical to protect people's health by banning PFAS.
PFAS, the toxic "forever chemicals" found in almost everything from food packing to non-stick pans, are a major polluter of our drinking water. Join us to learn more about how, together, we can protect public health from toxic PFAS chemicals. Save Your Seat >>
