Hey, it's Alex, the Communications Director for Schools & Communities First!

I know you have heard A LOT from our campaign in the past couple days asking for your support ahead of our critical February monthly fundraising deadline, but I promise that this will be the last ask you will hear from us ahead of this deadline ...

I wanted to share why your support is so critical right now and how your contributions are supporting our efforts to reclaim $12 billion every year from wealthy corporations for local schools and communities in California.

Your support is so critical right now because we only have twenty days left to reach the 1.6 MILLION signatures required to get on the November ballot in California. We need all the help we can get to support our canvassing efforts in the home stretch.

Your contributions are helping cover the canvassing costs that add up quickly, including snacks, water, gas, and clipboards for our volunteers.

So, I'll ask one last time before our midnight deadline:

Will you make a contribution to help our campaign reach the voters we need to qualify for the November ballot? DONATE HERE >>

From all of us on the campaign, thank you for your continued support of our movement to reclaim $12 billion every year for our schools and local communities!

The Schools & Communities First initiative reclaims $12 billion every year for California’s schools and local communities by closing commercial property tax loopholes benefiting a fraction of corporations and wealthy investors. The initiative benefits residents and small businesses by exempting homeowners and renters from any changes while implementing new tax relief for small businesses.

Paid for by Schools and Communities First - Sponsored by a Coalition of Social Justice Organizations Representing Families and Students. Committee major funding from:
