TDI proposes new filing exemptions rule

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) proposes a new rule to be added in Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Chapter 5, Subchapter F [ [link removed] ]. The proposed rule would exempt additional commercial lines of property and casualty insurance from rate and form filing requirements, as authorized by Senate Bill 1367 [ [link removed] ] (87R, 2021).
